Ukrainians will receive an additional month to use their accumulated cashback – the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture has initiated the corresponding changes to government decrees available here.
Cashback for April, including fuel compensation, will begin to be credited from July 3. These funds can be spent until July 31, 2026, inclusive.
The fuel cashback program was in effect from March 20 to May 31 as a temporary anti-crisis measure in response to the rise in global fuel prices. The maximum compensation amount in April was 1,000 UAH.
The deadline for returning unused funds to the state budget has been extended by a month. After July 31, 2026, the funds remaining on the National Cashback cards will be returned to the budget according to the updated procedure.
The National Cashback program continues to operate in normal mode. It currently has over 5 million active users, over 2,000 manufacturers who have registered over 422,000 Ukrainian-made products, and nearly 1,500 sellers.
The compensation amount is 5% or 15% depending on the product category, with a maximum cashback amount of 3,000 UAH per month. You can check a product’s participation in the program on the “Made in Ukraine” website or using the barcode scanner in the Diia app.
Accumulated funds can be used to pay for utility or postal services, purchase food, medicine, or medical products made in Ukraine, buy books and other printed materials, or for charity – including supporting the Armed Forces.
