The Ministry of the Interior has launched a unified online system called ‘Payment Hub’ for paying for services at service centres.
At present, online payment is available for vehicle registration procedures. There are plans to extend this to all services provided by service centres in due course.
When making a payment, the administrator generates a single payment document containing the necessary details. To complete the payment, simply scan the QR code and confirm the payment via your banking app. At the same time, the option to pay at any bank branch remains available.
The system was successfully tested during a pilot launch at one of the capital’s service centres. It has now been rolled out nationwide and is connected to all service centres

The system automatically calculates the amounts of fees and taxes, which reduces the risk of errors.
During a sale, the ‘Payment Hub’ also allocates payments between the seller and the buyer.
