  • The service for creating online accounts for applicants to bachelor’s degree programmes will go live on 1 July.

  • If you do not have a certificate, you can register using a document proving your identity.
  • The portal only accepts school leaving certificates issued from 1998 onwards; otherwise, a paper application must be submitted.
  • Applications will be accepted from 19 July to 1 August, and the portals will remain open until 15 October.

On 1 July, a service enabling applicants to create online accounts for undergraduate programmes at higher education institutions will go live in Ukraine.

To register an account, applicants must visit the online application system page and enter an email address, which will subsequently serve as their login.

The use of email addresses from services blocked in Ukraine is prohibited.

When registering, you must enter the details of one of your ZNO/NMT certificates – the certificate number, PIN and year of issue – as well as the series and number of your school leaving certificate. If you do not have a certificate, you must tick the relevant box and register using a document proving your identity.

You can only register an account with a school leaving certificate issued no earlier than 1998. Holders of older documents will need to submit a paper application directly to the educational institution.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email containing a link to activate your account, which you must confirm within 15 minutes. Next, applicants must upload a contact telephone number and a colour 3×4 photograph in JPG format, no larger than 1 MB – this photograph will be used by the institution for your student ID card.

Please check your details carefully: once the initial application has been submitted, it is no longer possible to make changes in your account.

The period for submitting applications and documents for the Bachelor’s degree programme will run from 19 July until 18:00 on 1 August 2026.

In this same office, applicants will submit applications for creative competitions and interviews, whilst those eligible for preferential admission must submit the relevant documents via the admissions committee before submitting their first application.

The offices will remain open until 15 October 2026.
