A separate decision by the Defense Council extended the mandatory evacuation from 7 more border villages, where it was announced in the winter: Hirsk, Berylivka, Buchky, Hremiach, Budo-Vorobivka, Kostobobriv, and Zaliznyi Mist.
Then, willing residents left, and the rest wrote refusals.
According to the data of the communities and district military administrations, about 1,000 people still live in all these settlements, including 120 children.
The algorithm of actions has already been worked out: residents will be informed about the gathering places, all necessary services will be involved, routes and transport will be approved. The resettlement of people is a mandatory condition, so the evacuees will be provided with places for temporary residence.
All evacuation measures are planned to be completed within 2 months.
