Participants in the ‘Health Screening 40+’ program who received UAH 2,000 before May 1, 2026, must use these funds for screening by June 30, the Ministry of Health reminded.
After the deadline, unused funds are automatically returned to the state budget.
For those who applied after May 1, a different rule applies – the funds remain available for 2 months from the date of transfer to the card.
The payment is made to the ‘Diia.Kartka’ within 7 days of application. Participation can be arranged online through the ‘Diia’ app or offline at the nearest CNAP.
Participants can undergo screening at one of 2,089 medical facilities across Ukraine. You can choose a facility and sign up for a visit through the screening.moz.gov.ua portal.
‘Health Screening 40+’ is a national program for Ukrainians aged 40 and over, which provides an opportunity to undergo a free basic examination for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and kidney diseases.
From May 1, 2026, the Ministry of Health canceled the requirement to apply on the day of birth – now participation can be arranged at any time after the 40th birthday.
