In Lviv, the MISTO application has been launched – a single digital platform that combines a dozen key urban services for residents.

Previously, Lviv residents used separate platforms for transport, parking, or receiving administrative services. Now, the most popular services are gathered in one application.

Among the available functions:

  • hourly parking;
  • public transport movement in real-time;
  • air alarm notifications and a map of shelters;
  • power outage schedules;
  • reminders about the minute of silence;
  • registration with the CNAP;
  • city surveys;
  • tourist map;
  • weather forecast and air quality indicators.

Deputy for digital transformation of the Lviv City Council, Olena Huncko, noted that in the future, the team plans to add new features – integration with an electronic ticket, a parking fine service, petitions, and voting.

The project was implemented without the use of city budget funds – the development team took on all expenses with the support of international partners.

In addition to Lviv, the MISTO platform operates in Bucha, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Odesa. The development is provided by the company “ROK AI TI” with the support of the international organization Bloomberg.

The application is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
