In the village of Bilenke, Zaporizhzhia district, as a result of a Russian drone attack, the Myklashivskyi estate – a local architectural and historical landmark of the 19th century – has been destroyed. This was reported by Anna Holovko, head of the press service of the Khortytsia National Reserve.
The estate was considered one of the best-preserved estates in the Zaporizhzhia region. Its walls preserved ancient wooden decor, spiral metal stairs, and verandas.
It survived numerous historical upheavals over more than a century and a half of its existence and repeatedly suffered damage during the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war. Today, we have probably lost it forever.
