In Ukraine, on June 16, dangerous weather phenomena are expected – thunderstorms, hail and gusts of up to 20 meters per second, reported Ukrhydrometcenter.
In the western regions, except for Transcarpathia, winds of 15-20 meters per second are forecasted. In the rest of the territory, meteorologists expect thunderstorms, and in some areas – hail and gusts of the same strength.
A separate warning is in effect for the Kyiv region and Kyiv. Here, until the end of the day, a thunderstorm, hail and gusts of 15-20 meters per second are possible.
All listed phenomena were assigned the first level of danger – yellow. It will come into effect from the next hour and will be in effect until the end of June 16.
Weather conditions can complicate the work of energy, construction and communal enterprises, as well as traffic.
