Key points

On June 14, Kyiv will host KyivPride Park – a daytime cultural event with music, lectures, film screenings, and workshops.

The event will take place at the Community Center on Kyrylivska Street, 41, from 13:00 to 22:00. Admission is by voluntary donation to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. You can attend the event with your pets.

On stage, there will be DJ sets – including from Past Curfew – and an acoustic performance by the band “Okoliya”.

Panel discussions will cover topics such as “Why is transgenderism not a way to avoid service?” and “How to create bright queer communications”.

The film program will include animation from the Linoleum festival and short films from Sunny Bunny – with the participation of directors.

At the workshops, participants will learn Ukrainian sign language, create collages about the freedom to be oneself, draw posters for the KyivPride March, and also have the opportunity to try shibari for the first time.

On the site, there will be a market with Ukrainian brands, queer books, and handmade jewelry, as well as a food court and a bar with a limited Pride Drink from Underwood. Other locations include the “Museum in the Dark”, a photo booth, a memory zone with ribbons, and field porridge for a donation.

On June 21 at 11:00, the KyivPride March will take place in the center of Kyiv.
