After June 10, 2026, the Pension Fund of Ukraine will continue to accept and process scanned copies of paper work records, according to the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. The transition period is ending, but the digitization campaign is not stopping.

Insurers and insured persons who did not have time to submit documents by June 10 will be able to do so later. Current legislation does not provide for liability for not submitting scanned copies within the established timeframe. Insurance experience is not lost in case of non-digitization by this date.

After the end of the transition period, the Pension Fund’s authorities will also take into account periods of work before January 1, 2004, when assigning a pension, based on the originals of work records.

Scanned copies can be submitted by the employer or the employee themselves – through the personal account on the web portal of digital services of the Pension Fund – the service works around the clock. You can also contact the Pension Fund’s service centers.
