In Slovyansk itself, the districts of Slovykurort, Cherevkivka, and Khimik are subject to evacuation – as of the beginning of June, 366 children live there.

Evacuation is carried out in the presence of parents, persons replacing them, or legal representatives. Local military administrations, police, rescuers, social services, and the service for children’s affairs are involved in the work.

Law enforcement officers have already started preparatory work: they conduct conversations with families and provide necessary explanations.

Families who evacuate from the Donetsk region under the regional program have the right to material and humanitarian assistance, psychological and social support.

Receiving regions provide free accommodation, children can attend schools, kindergartens, clubs, and sections. Additional offers are provided by charitable foundations.
