Youth eco-space “Green Vale” in Kyiv will host a meeting on the topic of emotional resilience of people involved in public activities and volunteering. The event will take place on June 19 at 18:00 with the participation of speaker Marina Goncharenko.
Participants will consider the issues of motivation for public work, ways to preserve internal resources during active activities, and methods for preventing professional burnout. Particular attention will be paid to how people who help others can take care of their own psychological state.
The format of the meeting will combine practical recommendations, personal stories, and open conversation about the challenges of youth leadership. The organizers are targeting the program at those involved in public initiatives and seeking tools for long-term work without exhaustion.
The location is a five-minute walk from the “Contract Square” metro station. Participation in the meeting requires prior registration.
The topic of balance between caring for the community and one’s own well-being is becoming increasingly relevant among active youth, who are increasingly facing the risk of burnout due to high loads.
