Registration for manufacturers to participate in the “National Cashback” program has begun

Starting from August 24, Ukrainian manufacturers can apply to participate in the “National Cashback” program through the Diia portal. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.

How the “National Cashback” Program Will Work

Under the program, cashback will be provided for any consumer goods of Ukrainian production, excluding excise goods. This includes medicines produced in Ukraine. Participation in the program is voluntary for manufacturers, so cashback will not be available for all products, but only for those submitted by the manufacturer for participation in the program.

How Manufacturers Can Become Participants

1. Go to the Diia portal at diia.gov.ua.
2. Navigate to the “Business” section, then to “Entrepreneurship,” and select the service “List of Ukrainian Manufacturers and Goods.”
3. Authorize with an electronic signature.
4. Review the program conditions.
5. Upload a file with the list of products and information about each item:

• Full name
• Short name
• EAN – a unique barcode for Ukrainian-produced goods assigned to each item for identification
• Brand name

1. Sign the application with an electronic signature.

Registration for retail chains will start on Wednesday, August 28.

How Retailers Can Become Participants

Submit an application to join the List of Ukrainian Manufacturers through the Diia portal.

• Go to the “Business” section, then “Entrepreneurship,” and select the Retailers List.
• Fill out the form and provide information about the business.
• Attach the following to the application:
  • List of fiscal numbers of the POS system with MerchantID+TerminalID combinations
  • List of addresses where the goods are sold
  • Bank
  • Website
  • Brand
• Verify the application and sign it with an electronic signature.

Consumer Registration for the “National Cashback” Program

Consumer registration for the “National Cashback” program will begin on September 2. The program provides consumers with a 10% cashback on the cost of Ukrainian goods purchased.

To receive cashback, consumers need to consent to the transfer of payment information from banks where they use their cards and open a special account with one of the banks to receive a virtual or physical card in the app or physical branch. Then, in the Diia mobile app, select the “National Cashback” service and provide the special card number where the monthly cashback will be credited.

Maximum Cashback Amount

The maximum cashback amount is 3,000 UAH per month. Cashback funds can be used for paying for services, including utility and medical services, purchasing military bonds, or making donations to support the armed forces, among other things.
