Rescued Cuban crocodile Cubic has moved to the KyivZoo summer grounds – its new home is located on the shore of the pelican lake.
In the spring of 2022, the animal was transferred to the zoo after being kept in a private home bathroom. The conditions of detention caused a number of physical and psychological injuries.
The crocodile’s deformed jaw requires special care, and its nervous system requires individual approaches and patience from the caregivers.
Cubic can be seen every day right behind the Central entrance. The entrance to the zoo is open until 5:00 PM, and you can stay on the territory until 6:30 PM.
