On the night of June 2, Russian troops launched a massive strike on Kyiv: 4 people were killed, and 65 were injured, including 3 children, according to Mayor Vitaliy Klichko.
38 of the injured were hospitalized. People are still seeking medical help, and all are receiving the necessary assistance.
Strikes were recorded in 8 districts of the city.
In various districts of the city, houses, non-residential premises, and 4 medical facilities were damaged.

In the Podilskyi district, as a result of a hit on a 9-story residential building, there was a partial collapse of the upper floors – people may be under the rubble. Currently, 5 injured are known, and rescue work is ongoing.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the facade and roof of a 9-story building were damaged.
In the Solomianskyi district, an apartment in a 20-story building, a private house, and another high-rise building on the 9th floor caught fire. Rescuers freed one man.
Fires broke out on the territory of an educational institution, a gas station in the Darnytskyi district, trading areas and a business center in the Holosiivskyi district, as well as on open parking lots and in office premises in several parts of the city.
Rescuers and all relevant services are working at the strike sites.
