Ukrzaliznytsia is transferring 7 pairs of trains to a daily schedule, restoring the route from Sumy to Rakhiv, and scheduling an additional train to Chernivtsi for the summer period, according to the company.
The following trains will be switching to a daily schedule soon:
- Uzhgorod – Dnipro;
- Lviv – Zaporizhzhia;
- Lviv – Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia;
- Kovel – Odesa;
- Kovel – Dnipro;
- Kharkiv – Odesa;
- Mykolaiv – Kyiv.
Separately, the company is restoring the train route from Sumy to Rakhiv.
This route will again connect the northern Sloboda and Siversk regions with the western part of the country, providing direct connections between Sumy, Bilopillia, and Konotop with Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Yaremche, and Vorokhta.
An additional train from Kyiv to Chernivtsi has been scheduled.
It will run every other day through Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kolomyya, with third-class, second-class, and first-class cars.
These changes are related to the redistribution of the rolling stock. The company is reducing the number of cars on routes with lower demand and relocating them to the most in-demand routes.
This allows us to appoint additional trains and increase the number of cars on the most in-demand routes, given the rolling stock deficit.

Ticket sales for the scheduled trains will open according to the travel dates. The depth of ticket sales depends on the direction and ranges from 5 to 20 days before departure.
Tickets are available in the Ukrzaliznytsia app, on the website booking.uz.gov.ua, and at station ticket offices.
