Key points
- From June 1, 2026, the PFU will provide telephone consultations through a single contact center.
- You can contact the center at three numbers.
- The contact center will operate from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 8:00 to 14:00, Sunday is a day off.
- The previous “hotline” numbers will stop working on June 1, 2026.
From June 1, 2026, telephone consultations on matters within the competence of the Pension Fund of Ukraine will be provided through a single contact center.
You can contact the contact center at three numbers:
- 0 800 503 753 – free of charge;
- (044) 281-08-70;
- (044) 281-08-71.
The center will operate from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 8:00 to 14:00. Sunday is a day off.
The previous “hotline” numbers of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv will stop working on June 1, 2026.
