The Ministry of Veterans, PrivatBank, and the Central Administration of Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to launch the Inclusive Service – a mobile banking service for military personnel, veterans, and veteran women directly in medical facilities and communities.
Bank specialists will travel to:
- hospitals;
- rehabilitation centers;
- vet spaces;
- community care centers.
On-site, clients will be able to open an account, issue a card, or go through identification – without having to personally visit a branch.
Requests from military personnel and veterans will be recorded by specialists from the Ministry of Veterans and representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine support services. They will coordinate the visits of bank employees according to the specific needs of clients.
According to Natalia Savchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Board of PrivatBank, for a client in a hospital, banking operations are primarily unhindered access to their own funds, government payments, and documents during a difficult period in life. In addition, the mobile format will protect military personnel from the risks of financial fraud.
Before the launch, over 140 PrivatBank employees underwent specialized training in trauma-sensitive communication and understanding the needs of military personnel, veterans, and veteran women with the participation of the public organization “ReStart Human Capital Recovery Platform”.
The service will operate in all regions of Ukraine where the bank is represented.
