Russian troops attacked four regions of Ukraine – Odessa, Poltava, Sumy, and Chernihiv – at night. 1 person was killed, at least 6 were injured, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In Odessa, as a result of a Russian strike on an infrastructure facility, 1 person was killed, 3 more were injured. A fire broke out on the spot, which was extinguished by firefighters.
21 rescuers and 6 units of equipment from the State Emergency Service were involved in eliminating the consequences.
In Poltava region, in Poltava district, a residential building was destroyed, where an elderly woman lived. Rescuers pulled the injured woman out from under the rubble and handed her over to medics.
Fires that broke out as a result of the strikes were extinguished. 82 rescuers and 21 units of equipment from the State Emergency Service were involved in the work.
In Sumy region, 3 people were injured due to Russian strikes on the city of Romny. The residential sector and an infrastructure facility were hit, fires broke out.
Due to the threat of repeated attacks, rescuers temporarily suspended work and moved to a safe place. Currently, all sources of ignition have been eliminated.
In Chernihiv region, the fall of a Russian drone caused a fire in ecosystems.
In Koryukivka district, self-sown plantings and dry vegetation caught fire – the fire spread to an area of about 7 hectares. Further spread of the fire was stopped.
