In Kyiv, on May 21-24, the Career Festival will be held at the VDNG for the second time, featuring over 250 events about job search, career planning, and education.
More than 250 companies, educational and charitable organizations, as well as government agencies, will participate in the event.
This season’s novelty is the Career Cafe, where visitors can receive free career consultations, take career orientation tests, and participate in professional masterclasses.
A separate educational zone with games and practical activities will be available for children and teenagers.
The program is built around several thematic areas:
- resume, interview, and self-presentation;
- career orientation, education, and self-discovery;
- industry discussions and interactive events.
Experts from Deloitte, Modern Expo, COSMONOVA | NET, the “SpivDiya Career” program, ALTATERRA, career consultant Kateryna Polishchak, and public speaking coach Tetiana Khomrai will speak at the resume and employment block.
A separate block will be dedicated to veterans, with the State Employment Service discussing educational and grant opportunities after service, and HRD Club Ukraine presenting a career counseling and support program for veterans in 2026.
A panel discussion “Women in Male Professions” will also take place, focusing on the implementation of the State Employment Service’s program.
For those looking for themselves, a lecture by the vice-president of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Mykhailo Vynnytskyi, on a flexible approach to career development, a VR immersion in the world of professions from the Classical Professional College of SumDU, and a career orientation game “Six Views of My Future” from the Volunteer Association “PORUCH” are planned.
Professional events will be broadcast online on the VDNG’s YouTube channel, and admission to the festival is free.
