On this day, flags will be lowered on all municipal buildings in Kyiv. It is also recommended to lower state flags on buildings of state and private ownership.
On May 15, any entertainment events are also prohibited in the capital.
In the State Emergency Service of Ukraine it was reported that as of 16:38, 8 people were killed, including a 12-year-old child, and 45 were injured, including 2 children, as a result of a massive Russian attack on Kyiv.
Search and rescue operations are ongoing in the Darnytskyi district, and information about the victims is being updated.
