Service centers of the Pension Fund in the Kyiv region provided over 4,600 mobile services in the first quarter of 2026, according to the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.

Mobile receptions were held in communities and settlements where there are no stationary service centers.

In addition, specialists held 233 receptions at the place of residence of citizens and processed almost 36,000 phone calls.

In the Ministry of Social Policy, it is noted that the Kyiv region is seeing an increase in the number of appeals to service centers. If in the first quarter of 2025, about 100 records were made weekly through the web portal of electronic services, now it is about 1,300.

Due to the increase in workload, some departments have extended their reception hours, and the overtime work of employees was paid in accordance with the legislation.

During the first quarter of 2026, residents of the Kyiv region received over 15.1 billion hryvnias in state payments.

The issue of the work of the Main Department of the Pension Fund in the region was discussed at a meeting of the collegium in Borodyanka, which was attended by the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity, Denys Ulyutin.

The community has one of the largest service centers in the region, which after the de-occupation of Borodyanka in April 2022 was one of the first to resume work.

On the de-occupied territories, the work of the Pension Fund has a significance much broader than payments. When a person again receives access to a pension, social assistance or state services near their home, it means that the community is gradually returning to normal functioning.
