The rapid response team of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross is working at the site of the night attack in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, together with other rescue services of the city.

Volunteers are helping rescuers clear the rubble – unblock the injured and the dead and hand them over to ambulance crews.

An aid point of the Ukrainian Red Cross has been set up on the site, where those affected and rescuers can receive psychological and medical assistance.

According to the data of the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, as of 10:09, at least 40 people have been injured. Among them are two children. 31 people have been hospitalized, including one child.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the number of deaths from the Russian strike on Kyiv has risen to three.

Another body was recovered from under the rubble of a high-rise building in the Darnytskyi district.
