Ukrainian Red Cross has trained a team of 18 trainers in psychosocial support who will work with regional teams of the organization.
The training took place in Ivano-Frankivsk. As a result, a team of specialists has been formed who will further provide training to regional Ukrainian Red Cross teams in the field of psychosocial support.
The trained trainers will contribute to improving the quality of relevant services in local communities and ensuring further development of the psychosocial support system at the community level.
Training trainers is an important step in ensuring access to quality psychosocial support, especially in conditions of increased stress and prolonged crisis challenges.
