The Ukrainian Red Cross has opened the acceptance of applications for a grant program for front-line communities – they will be able to receive from UAH 500,000 to UAH 2 million for projects to strengthen resilience.
Local self-government bodies and communal institutions of Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions can apply.
Funds can be directed towards restoring basic services, repairing critical infrastructure, improving conditions for internally displaced persons, arranging shelters and heating points, as well as preparing for seasonal and emergency risks.
Application acceptance lasts until June 14, 2026.
The “Group Money Transfers for Strengthening the Resilience of Front-Line Communities” program is implemented within the framework of the “Assistance in Responding to National Crises, Humanitarian Operations, and Strengthening Resilience (ANCHOR-UA)” project with the support of the US government.
