Minveterans presented an updated platform “Veteran Career” – integrated vacancies from robota.ua and Work.ua

In Kyiv, presented an updated platform “Veteran Career”, created by the Ukrainian Veterans’ Fund of Minveterans for the employment of Defenders and Defenders after returning to civilian life.

The presentation took place during the event “Veteran Career: employment and support tools”, which was opened by the Minister for Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova.

The new functionality of the platform was presented by the executive director of the Ukrainian Veterans’ Fund, Hero of Ukraine Oleg Oliva.

Among the updates:

  • an improved MST module for translating military experience into civilian skills;
  • improved job recommendations;
  • new personal offices for veterans and employers;
  • updated filters and sorting system;
  • a notification system and analytical tools.

Separately, vacancies from partners robota.ua and Work.ua have been integrated.

As of the beginning of May 2026, over 3,000 veterans and veterans, 1,100 employers, and more than 113,000 active vacancies are registered on the platform.

For employers, the service provides direct access to candidate resumes and a knowledge base on veteran employment. The platform is free and accessible even for small businesses.

Within the framework of the event, a panel discussion “Employment after service: the experience of the state, veterans, and employers” was also held with the participation of representatives of Minveterans, SoftServe, MHP, and Robota.ua.

The “Veteran Career” platform was created with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation.
