Rescuers saved an endangered fawn during the firefighting in the Chornobyl forest in Kyiv region, reported in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
A helpless frightened animal that lost its mother in the fire was met by firefighters during the firefighting and underwent a real special operation to rescue it.

The fawn was given water and provided with the necessary care. After consulting with representatives of the forestry, zoologists, and veterinarians, the animal was handed over to relevant specialists.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine noted that they will keep the public informed about the further fate of the fawn.
Firefighting in Kyiv region continues. Rescuers are working in an enhanced mode, localizing the centers of ignition and preventing the further spread of the fire.
