In Kyiv, presented an informational and educational guide “Support for everyone who takes the NMT” for graduates, parents, and teachers.

The presentation took place at a briefing “NMT-2026: Kyiv formula for psychological safety and resilience” in the press center “Kyivinform”.

The guide contains practical tips on how to reduce anxiety and cope with stress during preparation and testing.

The materials also include self-help techniques, recommendations for parents and teachers to support children, and tips for developing the psychological resilience of participants in the educational process.

NMT today is a huge emotional burden for children who live and study in a state of war. We see the level of anxiety, exhaustion, and tension that graduates face during preparation and testing. This is the purpose of the practical guide, which contains simple and effective recommendations for students, parents, and teachers.

– Director of the Department of Education and Science of the KMDA Olena Fidanian.

The guide was created in partnership with the network of youth spaces “12-21” and the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?” with the expert participation of psychologist Svitlana Roiz. It can be downloaded on the website 12-21.com.ua.
