The Projector Foundation, in collaboration with its partners, has announced a recruitment drive for free courses in the creative and IT sectors for Ukrainian women aged 18 and over. The training is aimed at women who find themselves in difficult circumstances due to the war: internally displaced persons, residents of frontline and de-occupied territories, rural areas, as well as female military personnel, female veterans and partners of military personnel.
Participants will be able to choose one of three specialisations: SMM, graphic design or project management in IT. Alongside the training, career advice, themed webinars and mentoring sessions will be organised for the students — including guidance on how to start a career in freelancing.
The initiative is being implemented as part of the International Trade Centre’s project ‘Expanding Opportunities for Inclusive Recovery in Ukraine and Strengthening Market Access’, funded by the Government of Japan. Information support is provided by the State Employment Service.
Registration is open until 19 May on the website.
