The government has extended the “National Cashback” programme for the duration of martial law, but no later than 30 April 2028.
The Ministry of Economy is required to report on the programme’s results within two months of its final conclusion.
The programme refunds buyers 10% of the cost of goods labelled “Made in Ukraine”.
The accumulated funds can be spent on utility bills, Ukrainian books, domestically produced medicines, Ukrposhta services, and charitable contributions to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
