At the Ukrainian Unity Centre, visitors can obtain consultations on pensions, housing subsidies, benefits and social assistance, provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

UNHCR handles matters relating to return to Ukraine, while the Ukrainian Advice Centre ICMPD, in cooperation with the Ukrainian consulate, addresses questions about residing in Germany and pre-consular preparation.

The Document state enterprise passport service advises on document processing, and representatives of the Resilience Centres provide information on services available in Ukraine.

The space is also open to Ukrainian organisations, which can hold their own events, presentations and initiatives there.

It is very important to us that Ukrainians abroad have access to reliable information, particularly regarding voluntary return and reintegration, understand the opportunities available in Ukraine, and can receive support regardless of where they are.

– Ilona Havronska.

The development of the Ministry of Social Policy’s communications capacity in its work with Ukrainians abroad is supported by the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine, with support from the governments of Denmark and Japan.
