Ukraine has received 3,150 modern hearing aids from the government of Denmark, with a total value of over UAH 7.8 million, for patients with hearing impairments, the Ministry of Health has announced.
The equipment has already been delivered to Ukraine and distributed among medical facilities.
The hearing aids were sent to hospitals in Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne and Chernivtsi oblasts, as well as Kyiv.
This will make it possible to provide patients with modern hearing rehabilitation devices and improve access to the relevant medical care.
