The Ombudsman’s Office has introduced a new short hotline number – 1678, announced Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
The new line is intended to improve the responsiveness of communication with applicants seeking protection of their rights.
The previous number, 0 800 50 17 20, continues to operate as usual.
Lubinets noted that a transition period between the two numbers is currently underway, so that every applicant can choose the most convenient means of contact.
