A unified platform called “101: Safety Space for Children, Parents and Educators” has been launched in Ukraine to teach rules of behaviour in emergency situations.
The initiative was implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the State Emergency Service and UNICEF.
The platform provides simple guidelines on how to act in situations Ukrainians face every day, including:
- during shelling;
- mine-related hazards;
- fires.
The portal brings together materials for children, parents and teachers in different formats, including simple texts, guides and board games.
These formats make safety rules accessible for all age groups.
