Priority is given to projects working with:

  • veterans;
  • communities where social ties have been disrupted or people are experiencing emotional exhaustion due to the war.

Projects may take various formats, including co-creation, participatory practices, experimental art, storytelling, or mobile and accessible cultural formats.

  • IT services;
  • and, in some cases, equipment purchase.

It can also cover travel costs, expert fees, legal services, operational expenses, and team salaries.

Co-financing is not mandatory but is encouraged, with the grant expected to cover up to 80% of the project budget. Project duration is up to 6 months, starting no earlier than 1 July 2026.
