Over 15,000 teachers have already received virtual credits of UAH 1,500 under the “Money Follows the Teacher” programme. These funds can be used for professional development and skills improvement.
Teachers have submitted over 75,000 applications to participate in the pilot phase of the new professional development model, and registration is still ongoing.
It is expected that up to 100,000 teachers will be able to benefit from the programme in 2026.
The programme is open to school administrators, teachers of various subjects in grades 5-9 of the New Ukrainian School, psychologists, teaching assistants, special education teachers, speech therapists, as well as teachers from pilot academic lyceums and special schools.
