In Ukraine, a mobile app called «1545» has been launched, allowing citizens to submit requests to government authorities.
According to the Government Contact Centre, Ukrainians can contact government agencies around the clock through the «1545» hotline, the Centre’s website, the Government Portal, or the official online representation of the President of Ukraine.
However, due to the increase in the number of requests and the complex social situation during the martial law, there was a need to create the «1545» mobile app.
Its purpose is to allow more people to independently submit requests and track their processing, as well as to partially ease the workload of local executive authorities.
The mobile app is available for download on the AppStore and Google Play.
To start using it, users need to register or log in with their username and password if they already have an account on the Government Contact Centre website.
In the personal account, users can create new requests, view and track the status of submitted requests, and receive expert consultations on various issues.
