Sanctions were imposed on 8,697 companies, which accounts for approximately 10% of all employers required to meet the quota for hiring people with disabilities in 2025.
In 2023, this figure was 17.5%, while before the full-scale war it was only 2.5%.
In 2025, the requirement to create jobs for people with disabilities applied to 88,705 companies with eight or more employees, which is 2% fewer than in 2024.
It is noted that the fines are intended to encourage employers to comply with legal requirements and create more job opportunities for people with disabilities.
