uBoost is launching a free educational programme called “Create HERE” for young people aged 15-20 from small towns and frontline areas of Ukraine.
The aim of the programme is to equip participants with entrepreneurial skills, help them develop their career skills and take their first steps in their professional lives.
Participants will learn how to launch their own projects, write CVs, attend interviews, create a LinkedIn profile and write a cover letter.
The programme offers mentoring from business founders and team leaders, the opportunity to secure funding for your own ideas, career development tools, and community support even after the course has finished.
The training combines the development of soft skills and practical knowledge (hard skills). It will take place online via video lessons and weekly Zoom sessions.
The course will last 3.5 months, and an offline event in Kyiv is planned for the finalists.
The course is scheduled to start at the end of April 2026.
To take part, you need to complete the application form via the link and be able to commit around three hours a week to the programme.
