In March, Ukraine received new shipments of medical humanitarian aid worth approximately UAH 31 million.
The aid was provided by the governments of Norway and Moldova, as well as international organisations and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark.
Moldova supplied consumables and equipment for surgical and emergency care, while Norway provided 2,000 blood packs, critically important for treating the wounded.
International partners also provided medicines for treating allergies, thyroid disorders, and oncological diseases, as well as 4,560 tuberculosis tests and a broad-spectrum antibacterial drug.
Pharmaceutical companies supplied medications for neurological and mental disorders, as well as a treatment for inflammatory diseases.
Additionally, a Danish company provided 1,050 hearing aids for people with hearing impairments.
These resources will help ensure continuous medical care for people with injuries, chronic conditions, and infectious diseases.
