The Ukrainian Red Cross rapid response team is providing assistance to victims following an overnight Russian attack on Odesa.
Volunteers evacuated four people from the debris, including a two-year-old child. Eight injured received first aid on site, while a further four were taken to hospitals for additional treatment.
Twelve people experiencing acute stress received on-site psychological support from the Ukrainian Red Cross.
A relief centre has also been set up at the location, where volunteers coordinate the provision of humanitarian aid to victims in cooperation with local authorities.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, three people were killed in the attack, including one child, and at least 15 others were injured.
