As a result of a massive Russian missile and drone attack in Kyiv, as well as in the Cherkasy and Zhytomyr regions, emergency power outages have been implemented, Ukrenergo reported.
During these emergency outages, scheduled power-off timetables do not apply.
The restrictions will be lifted after the air raid alert ends and the situation in the power system stabilises.
