Kyiv Metro has extended the application period for free train driver courses until 15 April.
Participants in the courses will receive a monthly stipend of UAH 13,000.
The programme will last approximately 25 weeks and covers a full training cycle – from theoretical knowledge to practical experience under the guidance of experienced train driver instructors.
The number of places is limited: the course will accommodate 30 participants, with 10 people in each train depot.
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the exams, graduates will receive the right to operate a train and start working at Kyiv Metro.
The Kyiv City State Administration notes that employment includes an official contract, shift schedules of 6–8 hours, a salary starting from UAH 40,000, and opportunities for career growth.
