The government is expanding the support programme for families of children with disabilities in subgroup A, providing another 2,000 families with portable charging stations.
The financing mechanism involves increasing up to 30% of the State Fund for Decarbonisation and Energy Efficiency Transformation’s budget for the procurement and delivery of such equipment.
The stations are procured by JSC “Decarbonisation Fund of Ukraine” and delivered by JSC “Ukrposhta”.
Once the equipment arrives in Ukraine, it is distributed to families according to the lists received from the Fund.
Previously, 10,000 families of children with disabilities in subgroup A received portable charging stations with an approximate capacity of 2 kWh.

Applications for the equipment can be submitted until 1 April 2026 through the territorial offices of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
