Performing artists in Ukraine can receive a grant of up to €8,000

A grant competition, Per Forma, has launched in Ukraine for performing artists. Participants can receive between €1,000 and €8,000 to implement projects in music, theatre, dance, performance, circus arts, stand-up comedy, and other disciplines.

The grants cover:

  • organising events;
  • staging new works;
  • hosting concerts and festivals;
  • purchasing props;
  • renting venues;
  • acquiring equipment and software.

Eligible participants are adult artists currently in Ukraine who have a bank account, are registered as self-employed, or can partner with an organisation to receive the grant.

Projects must be implemented in Ukraine between June and October 2026.

The application deadline is 3 April at 14:00 Kyiv time.

The competition is organised by Kyiv Contemporary Music Days with support from the Performing Arts Fund NL and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of the Netherlands.
