Women with internally displaced person (IDP) status, whose projects are at an early stage of development or require revitalisation, can join the two-month training programme “Mastery of Own Business”, which combines business consulting, mentoring support and practical training.
The programme is aimed at women IDPs who are raising children under 18 and live in Kyiv or the Kyiv region.

The final stage of the programme will take place as an offline event, where participants will present their developed projects to a jury and take part in a competition for grants of up to €4,000 to develop and support their businesses.
Participants will be selected by a jury based on the following criteria:
- the quality and innovativeness of the business solution;
- the potential of the business model;
- competence and leadership qualities;
- the feasibility of project implementation.
