Ukrzaliznytsia notes that evacuating passenger trains during drone threats helps avoid mass casualties, although such measures require strict adherence to safety rules.

During one of the evacuations on the Odesa Railway, a tragedy occurred: a conductor was killed after being hit by an oncoming train, which was also heading to its evacuation stop. Another passenger sustained moderate injuries.

A thorough investigation into the incident is ongoing, with specialists already at the scene. The condition of the injured passenger is being monitored, with support provided to them and, of course, to the family of our railway colleague.
