Over the first two weeks after registration opened, around 350 people submitted applications to take part in the online learning service within the “Restart” programme of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
This level of interest reflects strong demand for accessible, remote learning that helps people find new employment, change careers, or develop their own business.

The most in-demand learning areas are courses in IT, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and English for work. These fields align with current labour market needs and remain among the most sought-after by programme participants.
At present, the application submission form is temporarily closed until 1 April 2026.
The Ukrainian Red Cross noted that the submitted applications are being processed, while applicants’ needs are also being analysed to further improve the programme.
A new intake of participants is planned after this stage is completed.
