A series of first aid training sessions organised by the Ukrainian Red Cross is scheduled to take place in Kyiv at the end of March 2026.
Participants will be able to choose between a short 6-hour course and an extended 12-hour programme held over two days.
The training covers basic first aid algorithms and the development of practical skills in common emergency situations.
The programme covers:
- stopping bleeding;
- performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
- providing assistance in cases of breathing difficulties, loss of consciousness, injuries and burns.
The organisers note that the sessions place a strong emphasis on practical training, allowing participants to practise first aid skills in conditions close to real-life situations.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an internationally recognised certificate valid in 191 countries worldwide.
The training sessions will take place in Kyiv on 28 March 2026 at 10:00 in the format of a 6-hour programme, as well as on 28–29 March 2026 at 10:00 in the format of a 12-hour programme. The number of places is limited.
