Ukrainian Red Cross has opened applications for participation in the small business support programme Reboot.
Applications can be submitted from 16 March to 10 April 2026. For the past three years, the initiative has been helping Ukrainians restore sources of income, launch their own businesses or develop existing ones.
Participants in the programme can receive a microgrant of up to 120,000 UAH to implement their business idea.
Funding is provided in two stages. First, participants receive half of the grant amount to start the project. After confirming the implementation of the first part of the business plan, the second portion of the grant is provided.
To participate, applicants must submit an application, complete a questionnaire and prepare a financially justified concept for their future activity.
The selection process is competitive. Support will be awarded to projects that demonstrate the greatest viability and development potential.
The programme is aimed at people aged 18 to 65 from vulnerable groups, including:
- internally displaced persons;
- families affected by the war;
- veterans and their relatives;
- households with several children;
- families caring for elderly people or persons with disabilities;
- unemployed individuals.
Documents can be submitted at a service centre of the Ukrainian Red Cross at the applicant’s place of residence. There, applicants will receive a questionnaire, a business plan template and consultations on preparing their application.
Specialists from regional organisations assist participants throughout all stages of the application process.
The programme “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” is implemented with the support of the Spanish Red Cross, Danish Red Cross, Swiss Red Cross and German Red Cross.
